Once the deposit has been received, your registration will be activated automatically and you will be ready to participate online.
Your Deposit
If no purchase is made, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days. Following a successful purchase, the deposit will be refunded once payment for the vehicle has been received in full.

Register to Bid Existing customers whose Morris Leslie Auctions account requires activation for this sale must complete the process no later than 4:00pm on Friday 18th September 2026.

Choose how you take part
Four Ways to Bid
Clients may attend the auction hall or participate remotely. Registration and any required account activation should be completed in advance wherever possible.
In Person
Register at the auction office before bidding and participate directly in the auction hall.
Live Online
Complete online registration, submit the required deposit and place bids live through the Morris Leslie bidding platform.
Proxy Bid
Enter your maximum bid online and the system will bid on your behalf up to your private limit. Proxy bids must be placed or amended no later than 30 minutes before the published auction start time.
Telephone Bid
Arrange a telephone bid in advance and receive a call shortly before your selected vehicle enters the auction.
For clients unable to attend
Telephone Bidding
Telephone bidding provides a direct connection to the auction room for clients participating remotely. Brandyn will ordinarily contact you shortly before your selected vehicle is offered and will relay the bidding from the rostrum while acting on your instructions.

Telephone Bidding Registration Deadline
All telephone bid requests must be registered with Morris Leslie Auctions no later than 4:00pm on Friday 18th September 2026. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.
Your Telephone Bid Contact
Brandyn will ordinarily conduct your telephone bid. Where duplicate telephone bids are registered on the same vehicle, or where multiple calls overlap, another member of the auction team may contact you instead.
When to Expect the Call
Contact will normally be made as the preceding vehicle enters the auction, allowing sufficient time to confirm the connection before your selected vehicle is offered.
If We Cannot Reach You
Two attempts will be made to contact you. If both calls are unanswered, Morris Leslie Auctions cannot guarantee that a bid can be placed on your behalf.
Important for telephone bidders: The livestream is subject to a short broadcast delay. Telephone bidders should therefore rely on the auction representative on the call rather than the live video feed when giving bidding instructions.
Inspect before auction day
Viewing Days
Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect any vehicle of interest prior to bidding. Vehicle documentation and available paperwork can also be inspected during the designated viewing sessions.

Available vehicle paperwork and documentation may be inspected during the Thursday and Friday viewing sessions. Vehicle paperwork will not be available to view on Saturday 19th September.

Before You Arrive
- Review vehicle descriptions and photographs in the online catalogue.
- Complete bidder registration and any required deposit payment.
- Inspect any vehicle you intend to bid on and satisfy yourself as to condition.
- Review available paperwork during Thursday or Friday viewing. Paperwork will not be available to view on Saturday.
- Arrange telephone bidding before the registration deadline if required.
At the Auction
- The auction begins at 11:00am on Saturday 19th September 2026.
- Free on-site parking is available.
- Register at the auction office before placing an in-person bid.
- Purchased lots must be paid for and collected in accordance with the sale terms.
Food and Refreshments on Site
Dougie's Bakery and Errol Sunday Café will be on site throughout the auction, serving hot rolls, meals, tea, coffee and cold drinks.
