Four ways to bid
Attend the auction hall or take part remotely. Registration and any required deposit should be completed before the sale begins.
In Person
Register at the auction office before bidding, then enjoy the atmosphere and bid directly in the hall.
Live Online
Register for LiveBid, complete verification and follow the auction online while placing bids in real time.
Proxy Bid
Enter your maximum online. The system bids on your behalf at the lowest possible level, up to that private limit. Proxy bids must be entered or updated no later than 30 minutes before the published start time.
Telephone Bid
Arrange this with the team before auction day. A team member will telephone you before your chosen vehicle enters the auction and communicate your bids to the hall.
What to expect from a telephone bid
Our team keeps you connected directly to the auction hall when your chosen vehicle is approaching.
Brandyn will usually telephone you. Another team member may call where telephone bids overlap or where one telephone bid follows immediately after another.
The call will normally be made as the vehicle immediately before yours begins. This gives us time to confirm the connection and make sure the line is clear.
We will make two call attempts. If neither call is answered, we may be unable to place a bid on your behalf before your vehicle is offered.
We strongly recommend that telephone bidders do not watch the livestream during their call. If you do have the stream open, please turn the volume down and do not rely on what you see or hear online. The video feed runs slightly behind events in the auction hall. Please follow the team member on the telephone so that your instructions are clear and no bid is missed.
One auction with multiple ways to watch
Broadcast beyond the auction hall
Morris Leslie has the ability to stream the auction across our website, social media channels and YouTube. This allows enthusiasts and registered bidders to follow the sale from across the UK and around the world.
Viewing only: Morris Leslie TV does not provide online bidding. Anyone wishing to bid must complete the separate bidder registration process and use LiveBid, leave a proxy bid, bid in person or arrange a telephone bid.
