ESTIMATE £1750 - £2500. Chassis number B706000971HS0. the history shows a purchase invoice from Oscar Chess of Swansea dated February 23rd 1967 when the car was just over 12 months old to a Swansea gentleman and later his wife until 1994 when the car was purchased as part of her estate by a Motor Museum in Bedfordshire. until the vendor acquired the car. The history contains a small selection of associated paperwork including some expired MOT test certificates that lead the vendor to believe the mileage at 32846 may well be correct although there is insufficient evidence for us to warrant it as such. The Series VI was the last of the 'Audax' Gazelles. The engine was all new with a five bearing crankshaft and a capacity of 1725cc. Initially it developed 65bhp, but this was later reduced to 59bhp. Production finally came to an end in 1967.
