Actual "Barn Find" these are the remains of what was once a Lotus Elan Series 4 which carried registration number DSL262G and Chassis Number 36/8311. from research we can tell that the Registration Number was first issued in Clackmannanshire between August 1968 and July 1969 and that the Chassis Number 8311 for a Series 4 as produced from March 1968 with the first issue being 7895. Therefore as an educated estimate we would this car was registered late 1968 but obviously can not substantiate this. Potential bidders are to satisfy themselves as to what is involved with this Lot prior to bidding.
