20 M T S 2.3
WITHOUT RESERVE. Chassis number EX54-GU-O-2432. Offered for complete restoration or a source of spares. This example is sold as a non runner with no keys. Styled by the renowned Italian designer Sergio Sartorelli during his time with OSI. Sartorelli designed a sleek, low slung fastback in line with contemporary Ferraris and Maseratis featuring clean lines, a long bonnet, and a short rear end with distinct side vents behind the front wheels. Exact production figures remain unclear, but it is estimated that around 2,200 units where built before OSI ceased operations in December 1967. It is believed that fewer than 200 examples survive worldwide today, making this example highly sought after. This example dates from September 1967, and was built right at the peak of OSI’s car manufacturing phase, just a few months before financial troubles forced the company to cease production during December 1967. Given that fewer than 200 of these elegant Sergio Sartorelli designed fastbacks are known to survive worldwide today, any car like this one carrying an active VIN or recorded on the OSI registry is of historical significance with this example being the 1,432nd off the production line. Please note this example is unregistered and all aspects of this process will lie with the purchaser. The OSI Owners Association is an excellent support to the marque.
